A good CEO will be watchful and alert to all the activities around his business premises and also in his organization court. This is to help know what is taking place and to take the right decision in favor of his organization. Many overlook this and plunge into trouble only to regret.

Accidents of various kinds befall organization but one that is prepared for it will surely escape it when it happens. Plan for emergency occurrence before they happen so that when it occurs you are well able at such point to curtail it effect and still keep your organization running profitably.

Business registration should be taken seriously, a business that is not registered is illegally operating therefore the government can not intervene and bring succor where it ought to because you not recognized. Registering an organization gives it some form of security as it operates. Registering a business may not by easy but it is highly recommended for any organization. What is worth doing is worth doing well.

Unauthorized access into your venture should be prohibited, let all your staffs know that let them know the limits of their authority into certain data and other areas of the business and also let them know where customers or outsiders can not thread upon
